As the Global Head of Brand Management and Marketing, Spiros leads the development and deployment of Lexus’ brand strategy, metrics and research, global marketing communications, partnerships and activities throughout the brand’s worldwide network covering over 90 countries. He is also responsible for defining the future vision of the luxury brand in a time of rapid industry change.
Prior to his current role, Spiros was the Head of Brand, Marketing, Consumer Experience and the Lexus Academy for Lexus in Europe overseeing 40 markets. He helped guide the brand to record levels of awareness and consideration while implementing the first ever fully integrated customer experience program. In addition, he has served as Director of Marketing for the Toyota & Lexus distributor in Spain as well as Head of Brand & Communication Strategy for Toyota in Europe.
Spiros has a track record of marketing and digital innovation having received several awards such as the Marketing Rising Star by the industry’s leading publication. He also serves as a mentor and coach for the MIT Enterprise Forum which supports promising start-ups while at the same time, he is a board advisor to two start-ups in the Artificial Intelligence and Healthcare areas.
Spiros has worked and lived in North America, Europe, and Asia. He is currently based in Tokyo.
