Kelly is based in Atlanta, GA, currently serving as Joint Venture (JV) Marketing Manager for Delta Air Lines and Virgin Atlantic Airways. In this role, Kelly reports to both marketing organizations, developing consumer-facing partnership marketing strategies and data-driven campaigns, collaborating with counterparts in the US and UK. Prior to this, Kelly served as Latin Customer Experience Manager in Delta’s Latin America & Caribbean Business Unit. There, she led efforts to improve NPS throughout the region, while increasing brand preference and strengthening community engagement efforts. Kelly joined Delta’s marketing organization in 2015, as an Account Executive developing unique advertising solutions for partners interested in reaching customers throughout the travel ribbon. Before joining Delta, she spent 7 years in New York City, working in Advertising Sales for NBC Universal’s Cable Entertainment Group, Ad Sales Marketing for Pivot TV and in various production-based roles as an NBC Page. She hails from Palm Harbor, FL and is a graduate of the University of Miami in Coral Gables, FL where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication, majoring in Journalism and International Affairs.
