As a subject matter expert in the field of emotional intelligence, Naomi designs computer-based course & live interactive workshops that inspire software adoption. Naomi collaborates with scientists, engineers, and client executives to address topics related to emotionally intelligence coaching, team engagement, and motivation to action.

Naomi has several years of experience as a market research consultant, specializing in consumer neuroscience solutions that inform marketing communications strategies. Prior to working with Cogito, Naomi spent several years with the Nielsen Company, a global measurement & information company. Naomi leveraged consumer neuroscience technology to develop emotionally compelling branding communications and package design. At Nielsen, Naomi built a high performing team, managing custom research initiatives representing over $3m annually.
Naomi is an innovative, solutions-oriented leader, with a passion for making a difference & driving change within the organizations she supports. When not at the office, Naomi spreads her passion for emotional agility to her family, engaging in the empathy acrobatics of parenting two young children.
